Indipe Paytech Private Limited (“Company”) is a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at FL No. 2, PL No. 61, Mangal-Murti Aprt., Basayye Nagar, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, 431001, India. The Company offers various services to its Merchant(s)/User(s) through its Platform, which includes Point of Sale (“PoS”) business, Unified Payment Interface, bill payment, and lending. The Platform comprises the IndiPe Business Website (“Website”) and IndiPe Business and Consumer application (“Application”).

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, use, disclose, transfer, store, and retain your information when you use our Services. By accessing the Application or Website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy, including your consent for us to collect, use, share, and disclose your information as per this Privacy Policy.

We advise all users of the Platform to carefully read and understand our Privacy Policy, as by accessing the Application you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy. If you apply for or avail any of the lending products made available through the Platform in partnership with RBI regulated entities, you are requested to refer to the Privacy Policy-Lending Products before applying for or availing such lending products through the Platform.

To provide you with our services, we need to collect or receive information about you. The type of information collected may vary depending on the service you opt for. You may also choose to provide information voluntarily.

We collect two types of information from you when you use our Platform and services. The first type is personal information, which exclusively identifies you, such as your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, financial information (including credit history, bank account details, and business information), among others. The second type is non-personal information, which is related to you but does not exclusively identify you, such as information about your interests, demographics, and usage of the sites.

The information we may collect from you when you use our services includes contact information to manage our relationship with you, personal information such as your full name, government-issued identification, email address, mailing address, photograph, and birthdate, SMS related to transactions, business information about your goods and services, camera use for document submission, customer information collected from your customers, device information including hardware model, operating system and version, device name, unique device identifier, mobile network information, and information about the device's interaction with our services, demographic information such as location and geolocation information, and any other information that you explicitly consent to provide from time to time. Technical Information & Disclosure to Third Parties
We may collect non-personally identifiable technical information from you when you use the Platform, such as your browser type and internet protocol address, to enhance your experience and improve our products and services. This information may also be shared with third parties as necessary for us to provide our services to you. If a service you request involves a third party, we may share necessary information with them. We may also engage with other companies/persons to perform functions such as order fulfilment, data analysis, marketing, payment processing, and customer service, and they may have access to your personal information. While you may have the option to restrict disclosure to third parties, such disclosure may be necessary to provide certain services, and choosing to restrict such disclosure may result in your inability to use those services.

Here are the third parties with whom your personal and technical information may be shared:

• IT Service Providers: Information may be shared with IT Service Providers engaged in providing information technology services for fulfilling various aspects of the Platform and for research and analytics.

• Identity and other information verification providers: Information may be shared with identity and other information verification providers to complete identification and information verification processes in accordance with applicable laws.

• Government and regulatory organizations: Information may be shared with the Government, law enforcement agencies, authorities, and regulatory bodies when the Company must comply with its legal obligations.

• Marketing, business development, and sales partners: Information may be shared with marketing, business development, and sales partners for the purpose of improving and carrying out marketing or business development activities to provide better services to you through our Platform.

Protection of Sensitive Data:
We value the confidentiality of your sensitive data and ensure that such information is always transacted securely using approved payment gateways with the highest level of digital encryption available.We only use your financial information to complete transactions with you, and any personal correspondence sent to us will be stored for providing you with products and/or services and for record-keeping purposes.

Withdrawal of Consent:
